One-time passcodes and verification codes

Optimal Case Management LLC sends one-time passcodes and verification codes to patients who voluntarily request SMS authentication through the SKEVAP patient-access sign-in workflow.

These messages are transactional authentication messages only. They are used to verify that a patient controls the mobile phone number supplied during sign-in. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this SMS program.

SMS opt-in workflow

A user visits the Optimal Case Management LLC website. The phone-number field is optional. A separate, unchecked checkbox asks the user to consent to receive one-time passcodes and verification codes from Optimal Case Management LLC.
